Fast Track: Career Development Programs
Adult Career Development programs at Mid-Del Tech Center are short term courses, designed to be cost-effective and hands-on. Classes are most commonly held during the evening, with occasional Saturday training. Short term courses teach specific skills that enhance occupational readiness, lead to possible certifications, meet continuing education requirements, or introduce new training concepts. Also, there are many offerings for personal enrichment and special interest.

Aircraft Structural Technologies
This instructor-led course covers common shop tools and hand tools, shop safety, shop math, conventional and special fasteners, corrosion control, coating removal and application, tubing, cable, fiberglass and advanced composites, and the basic structural repair fundamentals.
Evening Nail Technician
Our evening nail technician program prepares students with theory, classroom instruction, and hands-on training for nail services such as manicures, pedicures, and artificial nails. Students obtain an Oklahoma State Manicurist/Nail Technician license by completing 600 clock hours of instruction and passing both written and practical exams given by the Oklahoma Board of Cosmetology.
Daytime Auto Services for Adults
Auto Service Technology students will gain employment in automotive service repair. The hours completed in this major are aligned with ASE/NATEF standards and an excellent foundation for the entry-level technician. This modular class allows students to enroll in specific sections providing greater flexibility to the student that needs to focus on a specific area.
