CLEET Private Security Phase 5 Bail Enforcer (Daytime In Person and/or Virtual)

We are one of the very few CLEET Approved Private Training Centers to offer the Private Security Guard Phase 5 Bail Enforcer. This course is designed to meet all CLEET requirements for licensing of a Bail Enforcer/Bounty Hunter. The training includes: Interpreting the Oklahoma Bail Enforcement and Licensing Act, interpreting the legal powers and limitations of Bail Enforcers, understanding the responsibilities to clients, and performing bail enforcement duties. This course is taught on site and in person.

Enrollment Criteria:

  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Completed Phase 1, 2,and 3 for unarmed bail enforcer
  • Completed Phase 1, 2, 3, and 4 for armed bail enforcer

Adult Career Development Refund Policy – Short-Term Evening Classes

  • Students must cancel 5 business days prior to the class start date to obtain a full refund minus a $10 processing fee.
  • Full refunds will be given IF Mid-Del Tech cancels a class.

Testing Refund Policy

  • Students must cancel before 12:00 PM on the day before the test begins for a full refund minus the $10 processing fee. There is no refund on the day of the test.
  • Full refunds will be given IF Mid-Del Tech cancels the test.
  • Due to unforeseen circumstances, some test dates may be rescheduled without payment penalty.
  • Testers will be allowed one (1) free re-test for entrance exams only.
