Cosmetology for Adults is focused on providing the foundational skills used in the personal services provided for the public related to skin, hair, and nails. Exploring this pathway, students gain required skills and credit hours needed to obtain their Oklahoma State Board of Cosmetology – Cosmetology license. Topics covered include an introduction to cosmetology, hairstyling and cutting, manicures and pedicures, hair texture, chemical restructuring and coloring, facials, lash and brow care, and customer service/shop management.
