Mid Tech Center – Main Campus

Base Setup:

Conference Room(s) with setup, AV hookup, coffee, tea and water

Standard Setup:

Conference Room(s) setup, AV hookup, coffee, tea, water and soda and mid-morning cookies

Executive Setup:

Conference Room(s) setup, AV hookup, coffee, tea, soda, water and a variety of snack items.

Lunch setup is also available. Lunch must be ordered by client.

Expenses associated with hospitality items are due at the time services are rendered

If custodial/security services are needed, the client will be charged at $30 per hour with a 4-hour minimum.  Payment must be made prior to the event.
